Welcome to Rosko Racing, specializing in the modification of the Honda H22 CL1 Euro-R Accord Intake manifold. Here you will find all the necessary parts and adapters to make the conversion a breeze! Or you may also purchase the manifold already modified or if you already have one you can send it in for the work as well. In addition to that we also modify the stock H22 intake manifold as well as the Honda RBC and RRC manifolds for the "K2H" setups.

Rosko Racing Line Card

We are now a dealer for CP pistons and Carrillo connecting rods. CP pistons and Carrillo rods are some of the finest pieces out there. They offer several H22 pistons and H22 and H23 connecting rods. Custom pistons and rods are also available.

We are now offering RBC and RRC K-series manifolds specifically for use on H series engines. To be used with QSD's intake manifold adapter plate, these manifolds will be as close to "bolt on" as you will get. These can be done in a few different configurations and just like my other manifolds they will be made to order. Now available is the K2H throttle body adapter with IACV relocation kit. For those of you wanting to run the K-Series RBC and RRC manifolds with QSD's popular K2H intake manifold adapter plate. The kit contains everything pictured to run your H series throttle body on your RBC or RRC intake manifold.

Rosko Racing H22 Insulator gaskets now available for intake manifold and throttle body. Precision machined intake gaskets provide a barrier between your cylinder head and intake manifold that helps to reduce intake temps and the effects of heatsoak.

Throttle body gaskets come pre-machined in 62, 68 and 70mm sizes. Other sizes also available on a made to order basis from 62-76mm.

Just released, new billet 6061 fuel rails specifically designed for the Euro-R manifold. Large through bore with -8 AN threads on each end. Can be made in a sleeker version as shown or with bosses and ports for the stock FPR as well as an extra 1/8 npt port for a guage or nitrous setup. Custom made billet 6061 fuel rails utilizing the the Acura RDX 410cc fuel injectors available for all H series including the Euro-R and also B and D series too! These injectors have a superior spray pattern to most aftermarket injectors with o.e.m. reliability. See them listed in the Products section for more details!
