K2H Throttle Body Adapter w/ IACV Mount Installation Notes for RBC and RRC Manifolds:

Install the 4 bolts to mount the adapter and gasket to the intake manifold. Note that because of the clearance machined in the adapter for the throttle rotor, the upper right hole requires that you use a shorter bolt. Make sure that you install the shorter bolt in this hole. Tighten bolts evenly to achieve a good seal.

To hook up the IACV hoses simply run a hose from the upper port labeled "A" to the corresponding port labeled "A" on the the IACV remote mount plate. Do the same with the return line labeled "B"

Find a suitable place to mount the remote IACV adapter plate and assemble the lines matching port "A" to "A" on the throttle body adapter and port "B" to "B" on the throttle body adapter.

Mount the IACV on as shown and you are good to go. Note: it will almost always be necessary to extend the wires for the iacv electrical connector as well.
